Adult's Class - 7:30pm to 9:00pm

 

Thursday

Children's Class - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Adult's Class - 7:30pm to 9:00pm

Children must be over 5 years.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Adult’s Classes

Adult’s classes are designed to cater for any fitness level and ability. Study is far more pragmatic and the art is analysed in far more depth and understanding. History, applied psychology, basic anatomy and conflict resolution are all studied in conjunction with the syllabus. The syllabus is uniquely designed so that many techniques are practiced from a vast multitude of attacks and variations. This even allows for basic defences against weaponry to be introduced early on.

 

Children’s classes

The Children’s classes are designed with the intention that children are not simply mini-adults and as such are taught at their own pace to allow their confidence to grow and develop. The syllabus is flexible so that children can learn safer, easier techniques suitable to their own level and development. Gradings for children take into account their class work, attitude and age so there is no pressure on them and they can improve in a proactive environment. The emphasis is on positive hard work, team work, confidence building and of course the most important factor for children, fun!
